My goal for English class was _______________________________. So far it’s going _______. I plan on continuing to _____________________ (OR I plan on starting to _____________). This six-weeks I really want to _____________________________ and I’m going to accomplish that by ___________________________________________.
This semester I’m looking forward to ______________________________ because _______________________________.
I’m doing good/not good on my commitment to ___________________________. Moving forward I plan on ______________________________.
I’m going to be following up with you about every three weeks to update you on how my goals and plans are working out. Thanks for taking the time to partner with me.
P.S. This email is my first 100% of the fourth six-weeks 🙂
STEP 5: When you are finished filling out the email message, it’s addressed to your parent, and I’m in the CC line, press SEND. You’re done!
Today we’re doing a Lexile test to see what grade level you are reading at, and if you’ve improved. Make sure you take your time and do your best because this data will be used to show we can keep running our classroom the way we like it.
If you are on a school laptop, there should be a red icon the desktop of a guy doing a cartwheel. Click on it and log in using your log in like on your computer (firstname.lastname@example.org) and your computer password. If your password doesn’t work, use the password 123456.
If you do not see the cartwheel guy, or you are not on a school laptop, click on this link: my.fwisd.org and log in like on your computer (email@example.com) and your computer password. If your password doesn’t work, use the password 123456.
When you log in, click on my class from the drop down menu. When you get into the system, there should be a pop up saying there is a Level Set ready for you to take. Feel free to get started when you see that and take your time and do your best.
